Greetings,

As the intensity of summer is upon us I feel the urge to reach out and connect.

As the intensity of all aspects of life get more and more extreme I feel my energetic roots go down deep into the earth for nourishment.

As I realize our deep connection with all of life I am in awe and bow to our reciprocity.

As the myriad of impulses and invitations tempt me to get involved I find the call, go deep, then wide, bellow through me.

I sit with my choices before I take action respecting the quality of my ability to participate.

I need the dark and quiet to nurture and regenerate my body, mind and spirit.

And this is what I offer you. The depth of my presence through friendship and healing arts.

With breath and touch I witness and facilitate your bringing deep awareness to the fire in your belly. Letting go of holding and awakening your passion and process. Feeling yourself and relationship with all of life.

I also offer abdominal massage sessions with my ally the Blue Lotus.
