Sanctuary of Embodiment
The darkness is our muse. The Earth is our teacher. The body is the Way.
We have been taught that the body is a landscape to be conquered, a project to be managed, or a vessel that is separate from the Earth itself. We have forgotten the rhythms of nature, and in our busyness, we have lost the language of awe.
Sanctuary of Embodiment is an invitation to stop leaving. It is a virtual visceral journey—a spiral back to the center of creation. Through the ancient “Cauldron” of the navel and the heart-womb axis, we dissolve the illusion of separation and remember that we are eating, drinking, and becoming Earth in every moment.
The Journey Includes:
- Tactile Rituals: Guided abdominal and breast massage practices to clear stagnant emotions and reclaim the “Voice of the Feminine.”
- Lotus Alchemy: Movement and breathwork to embody the truth of the Lotus: blooming not despite the mud, but because of it.
- The Sacred Way Codex: An illustrated reference guide to help you navigate your internal “Web of Life”
This is not a program of “doing.” It is a practice of witnessing. It is a circle of women cultivating energy, activating their own medicine, and returning to the “Mother Matrix” where intuition and power reside.
The salon strengthened my commitment to saying my truth calmly and clearly, or to take space in situations where mutual listening is not happening. As well, I intend to continue to deepen my own listening with compassion. I was really glad to be able to share this information and dialogue with my mother!
Celeste’s salon and her gracious manner opened each of us to share more deeply and openly than we normally do. I was impressed with her stories about how these deities and goddesses came to be in her pantheon of divine guides and inspirations.
